Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at contact@koesofficial.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we’ll evaluate the issue immediately.
