KOÈS will begin processing your order upon receipt of payment confirmation.

For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated delivery date noted on the product page.

Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to local import taxes, duties, and customs fees. KOÈS is not responsible for these charges. Once your order arrives at customs, the shipping carrier may contact you directly regarding any required payments.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for any additional charges necessary to release the shipment from customs.
